All Vibrational Sound Healing Sessions are between 45min to 1.5 hours depending on. your needs.  During a vibrational sound therapy session with tuning forks, you can expect a deeply relaxing and immersive experience. As you settle into a comfortable position, the practitioner will begin by creating a tranquil atmosphere to help you unwind. The gentle tones and vibrations produced by the tuning forks will be applied either directly on or around your body, or activated near your ears. You may feel subtle sensations such as tingling or warmth as the vibrations resonate with your energy field. These vibrations work to promote balance and harmony within your body, mind, and spirit. Throughout the session, you'll be encouraged to focus on your breath, deepening relaxation and enhancing the effects of the sound therapy. As tension melts away and a sense of calm envelops you, you may experience a profound release of stress and a deepening connection to your inner self. The session will conclude with a period of silence or gentle guidance to help integrate the experience, leaving you feeling grounded, rejuvenated, and in tune with your inner harmony.
